If you want to find a new group or take a break, you can leave your current Team at any time.
How to leave:

Tap the Team tab at the bottom of the screen.

Tap the Team Name or Logo at the top of the list.

A window will appear with the team details, tap the “Leave” button.
If you are the Team Leader, you must promote another member to Leader before you can leave the Team.
